Lacey Hall MS, RD
Is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is certified in Restaurant Menu Labeling. Lacey began conducting nutrition analysis over ten years ago at Michigan State University. Here, she developed the nutrition facts for student menus, worked alongside chefs, and helped create new recipes in the test kitchen. Since then, she has worked with hospitals, hotels, supermarkets, restaurants and chefs. Her combination of scientific knowledge and culinary background helped launch Food Label Pro.
Kelly Tessitore MS, CFS
Is a Certified Food Scientist with a Masters of Food Science from Kansas State University. Her undergraduate degree is in Biochemistry. She has worked in the food processing industry since 2007. Kelly began her career in quality assurance and research and development which provides her an excellent knowledge base for creating nutrition fact panels for all food and beverage products. She has developed FDA and USDA nutrition fact panels for hundreds of food processors.
