Desa Seni Green Drink
I’m obsessed with smoothies. My favorite green smoothie comes from Desa Seni, a vibrate living & wellness retreat in Bali. Try this simple smoothie for a nutritional boost and tropical escape. Add Hemp Protein Powder or Avocado to make it a meal.
(Serves 2)
6 cups spinach
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
¼ cup celery leafs
½ cup ice cubes
1 cup coconut water (unsweetened)
Put in a blender at high until smooth. Drink and enjoy!
